Shipping

• Canadian Orders Only: We ship exclusively within Canada, directly from our Calgary location.
• No PO Box Deliveries: For your order, please use a physical street address, as we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
• International Orders: For deliveries outside Canada, please use the country selector in our footer.

• Processing Times: We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Payment & Verification: Orders are processed once your credit card authorization and verification are complete.
• Business Days Only: Deliveries occur on business days; Saturday deliveries are not available.
• Rural & Remote Locations
  • Shipping promotions generally exclude rural standard and express options.
  • Additional charges apply for deliveries to rural and remote areas. Your final shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout, based on your shipping address.
• Oversized Item Surcharge: Larger items like gear bags and tailgate covers will have an additional $25 shipping charge.
